Order status
Status
Every response and webhook carries status. It is the only field you need to decide
what to do.

|---|---|---|
| 0 | Processing | Wait for the webhook. |
| 1 | Success | Deliver to your customer. |
| 2 | Failed, nothing bought | Try again with a new order_id. Not billed. |
| 11 | Failed, customer input wrong | Refund your customer. |
| 23 | Failed, your supplier account needs attention | Top up or fix the connection, then a new order_id. |
| 24 | Checking | Nothing. Do not retry or refund. Not billed. |
Warning
24 is not a failure. The product may already be delivered. Retrying buys twice. Wait for the next webhook.

Set on every failed order. message carries the same explanation as a sentence you
can show a person.

11 | This player has reached the purchase limit for this item. It can be bought again once the limit resets. | full |

11 | The supplier is no longer selling this product. | free |
MERCHANT_WALLET_INSUFFICIENT |
23 | Not enough balance in any connected supplier wallet. Top one up, then order again. | half |
CONNECTION_LOGIN_FAILED |
23 | The supplier rejected your account credentials. Update them on the connection, then place the order again. | full |
CONNECTION_2FA_FAILED |
23 | The supplier rejected your security PIN. Update it on the connection, then place the order again. | full |
