This is an acknowledgement. The inner status is normally 0 — not a
failure. Wait for the webhook or poll. Re-ordering on 0 buys twice.
Errors
A refused order is never bought and never billed.
INVALID_REQUEST | A field is missing or wrong; errors names it. |
INVALID_SKU | No product with that code. |
SKU_UNAVAILABLE | Nobody is selling it right now. |
NO_CONNECTION | You have no working account at its supplier. |
INSUFFICIENT_BALANCE | Your Karauti balance is below the fee. |
CALLBACK_URL_REFUSED | callback_url is not a public HTTPS address. |
