What Karauti does, what it does not do, and what it costs. If something here is not clear enough, ask us — the answer belongs on this page rather than in an inbox.
Karauti is a game top-up automation platform for businesses. You connect the supplier accounts you already hold, then buy through the Karauti console or have your own website place orders over the Karauti API. Karauti does the supplier side of each order; the sale stays yours.
Merchants who already sell game top-ups: shops processing orders by hand, resellers, and anyone running their own top-up website who wants customer orders filled without somebody doing it manually. Merchants on Karauti sell EA FC Mobile, Free Fire, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and more.
No. Karauti does not sell top-ups and does not resell them. Every order is bought on a supplier account you own, with your balance. Karauti is the automation between your store and that account.
Yes, and that is the point of Karauti: you keep your own supplier accounts and your own balance, and Karauti places your orders on them. You can connect Smile.one, UniPin, BDGamesBazar and MePlay.
Right now: Smile.one, UniPin, BDGamesBazar and MePlay. The list on this site is the live one — a supplier appears here when it can actually be used.
Karauti needs the sign-in details for the account it buys on, yes. They are sealed with AES-256-GCM before they reach the database, each connection under its own key, and your merchant ID is part of that seal. They are never shown again after you save them — not to you, not to support, not to an admin — and are used only to sign in at the supplier when you send an order.
It stays where it is. The purchase spends the balance in your own supplier account, so Karauti never holds your money, never fronts it, and there is nothing of yours to recover if Karauti disappears.
The order comes back as supplier unavailable and nothing is bought and nothing is billed. Karauti does not silently retry it for you: send it again with a new order reference once the supplier is back. While a supplier is paused, orders for it are not accepted at all, and products only that supplier serves report as unavailable.
Yes. The console is the whole product without a line of code: connect an account, pick the supplier, pick the product, enter the player ID and buy. Everything the API can do, the console can do.
Yes. Your site posts each order to the Karauti API as your customer pays, and Karauti fills it on your connected supplier account. You keep your storefront, your customers and your prices.
Your site sends one request carrying your own order reference. Karauti signs in to your connected supplier account, buys the product, and posts the result back to your site on a webhook with the serial. Send the same reference twice and you get the first result back rather than a second purchase.
Yes. They are two ways into the same orders, the same connected accounts and the same rate, and every order shows up in the same transaction list whichever way it arrived. Most merchants run the API and keep the console open beside it.
That is what the API is for: an order at 3am is placed on your supplier account without anyone awake, and your site is told the moment it is done. It depends on your supplier being up and your connected account having balance — Karauti automates the work, it does not promise the supplier never has an outage.
Not for API orders. When an order reaches a final state Karauti POSTs the result to your site — up to three times, immediately then after a minute then after five — and your store completes the customer order from that. Orders you place in the console get no webhook; you see the result in the console.
An API order is placed the moment it arrives, with nobody in the way. How long the supplier then takes depends on the supplier and the product, so Karauti does not publish an average it cannot stand behind. Every order in the console shows its own elapsed time.
Whatever your connected suppliers serve. Live on Karauti today: EA FC Mobile, Free Fire and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. The catalogue on this site is read from the platform, so it is what is actually orderable rather than a wish list.
Rs 2.00 per order, whatever the order is worth. If Karauti signed in but your supplier wallet was empty, it is Rs 1.00. If the supplier was unreachable or something broke at our end, the order is not billed at all. No setup fee, no monthly fee and no minimum.
No. The fee is a flat amount per order and never a share of what you sold it for: Rs 2.00 whether the top-up went out for a hundred rupees or ten thousand. Your margin is yours.
Yes. Your store, your customers, your margin. Karauti never appears in front of your customer and has no say in what you charge them.
Load your Karauti balance by Fonepay, eSewa or bank transfer. Order fees come out of that balance, separately from the supplier wallet the top-ups are bought with.
The console is the whole product without writing any code, and the API docs are open — no account needed to read them.
