Karauti is an operating name, not a registered company. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of karauti.com. Using the site or the API means you accept them.
Karauti signs in to game top-up supplier accounts that belong to you and places the orders you send. It is an automation service. It is not a reseller, a payment service or a wallet.
You may only connect supplier accounts you are entitled to use. Your agreement with that supplier still applies, and how they treat automated access is between you and them. If a supplier restricts or closes your account, that is not something Karauti can undo or compensate.
Karauti never holds your funds. Every order is bought from the balance in your own supplier account. Topping that balance up is between you and your supplier.
Rs 2.00 per order, set per supplier, never a percentage. The rate that applies is the one stamped on the order when it is placed, so a price change never applies backwards. The current rates are on the pricing page.
Fault decides the fee, not success. An order stopped because your supplier wallet was empty is charged at the reduced rate; a failure caused by a supplier outage or by us is not charged at all.
A top-up delivered to a player account cannot be reversed, by us or by the supplier. Check the player ID before you order. Karauti can confirm an ID for you first, and an order placed against a wrong ID that the game accepted is not refundable.
Every order carries your own reference. Send the same reference again and you get the first result back rather than a second purchase. Reusing a reference for a genuinely different order is your mistake to carry.
You are responsible for what is done under your account, including by staff you invite and by API keys you issue. Keep your sign-in and your keys to yourself, turn on two-factor, and restrict keys by IP.
We do not promise uptime. Suppliers go down, games close their top-up endpoints, and we take the service down to fix things. Nothing here guarantees that an order can be placed at any particular moment.
We may suspend an account that is being used for fraud, that is abusing a supplier, that is attacking the service, or that is unpaid. Where it is safe to do so we will say why first.
Karauti is provided as it is. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profit, lost customers, or for what a supplier or a game publisher does.
These terms change as the service does. The date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use Karauti after a change means you accept it.
